We realize that your time is valuable and we respect your schedule. We make every effort to run on time and do not overbook our patients. We request 24 hours notice if you find it necessary to cancel an appointment.
We are unable to bill any insurance at this time. We will however give you a receipt with all the required information on it that you can send in to your insurance company for reimbursement.
It is our policy to collect all fees at the time of service. Convenient methods of payment include cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
